Founder & Managing Partner
Richard Ojo is a highly proficient accounting professional with over 18 years of extensive experience in audit and assurance, tax compliance and advisory, and forensic accounting. As the founder and managing partner of Richard Oluwaseye Ojo & Co., He plays a pivotal role in managing the firm's operations and overseeing its diverse range of services, including corporate taxes, transfer pricing, and advisory services.
Richard is a illustrious fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria, holding a practice license from both esteemed professional bodies. His professional journey began at Samuel Oluwagbenga Anjorin & Co. (Chartered Accountants), where he laid a solid foundation in accounting and auditing. He further honed his expertise as an audit manager and team lead at Ayodele Olatunji & Co. (Chartered Accountants) before transitioning to Mintseal Services Nigeria Ltd, where he advanced from account manager to finance manager.
Since establishing his practice in 2015, Richard has demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic insight, consistently delivering high-quality services to clients. His areas of specialization include corporate taxes, transfer pricing, audit and assurance, forensic accounting and investigation, financial advisory, and strategic planning.

Austin Oseghale, FCA, FCTI, is the Senior partner in-charge of Tax compliance and advisory at Richard Oluwaseye Ojo & Co. He is a prominent Chartered Accountant and tax expert with over 18 years of cross-functional experience spanning audit and assurance, corporate and personal tax advisory, forensic accounting, and financial leadership. His career reflects a blend of technical excellence and strategic insight, making him a trusted advisor in the financial sector. Ausitin is a Fellow of both the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN). He holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the prestigious University of Lagos and commenced his career at Ijewere & Co., where he honed his expertise in audit methodologies and tax advisory services, establishing a strong foundation in financial compliance and risk assessment. His professional journey includes key roles in leading firms and organizations such Ijewere & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as audit senior, Laolu Soji Alabi & Co. (Chartered Accountants) as audit trainee, James Cubitt Architects as financial accountant, Cybernetics Oil & Gas as management accountant (2013–2015), and Golbeck Nigeria Ltd as chief accountant.
With deep expertise in audit and assurance, tax strategy and compliance, forensic accounting, and financial governance, Austin has played a pivotal role in driving financial integrity and efficiency across various industries. His tenure in the private sector saw him spearhead financial operations, optimize tax structures, and provide actionable insights to enhance organizational performance. MOHAMMED BABA LAWAL

Partner, Audit & Assurance
Mohammed Baba Lawal is a distinguished Chartered Accountant, Certified Forensic Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor, and Data Analyst, with a wealth of experience spanning over 35 years in auditing, financial consulting, and forensic analysis. He graduated with a degree in Economics from Ahmadu Bello University Zaria in 1988 and further enhanced his expertise with a Professional Diploma in Computer/Information Systems Auditing from Enugu State University of Science and Technology Business School, Lagos, in 2002.
Baba Lawal began his career as an audit trainee with Ayorinde Thomas & Co. (Chartered Accountants) before joining the Dangote Group in 1992. During his tenure at Dangote, he excelled in various roles, ultimately serving as Deputy Manager and Unit Head of Strategy Services. After 12 years of progressive experience, he co-founded Beina Farms Limited in 2004, where he serves as a Director and Financial Controller.
In 2007, Baba Lawal joined BCOP Professionals (Chartered Accountants) in Lagos as a Partner, leading the Information Systems Audit and Forensic Audit divisions. His commitment to education is evident in his role as a Lecturer at Cosmopolitan University Abuja, where he delivers engaging lectures on Accounting and Entrepreneurship. His professional repertoire spans a diverse array of industries, including Auditing and Investigations, Forensic Accounting, Technology Services, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Transportation, Wholesale/Retail Distribution, and Government. Olatunde Olufemi Adamolekun holds a BSc (Hons) in Banking and Finance from the esteemed Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly Ogun State University), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State. He is a very detail- oriented professional with a strong grasp of data analysis. He is proficient in identifying and reporting non-sequiturs and skilful at effectively communicating complex tax concepts to non-technical audiences.
Olufemi is also a student at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and is working hard to become a member. He has vast work experience in Finance and Auditing, which cuts across the manufacturing and services industry. He is a highly organized and self-driven finance professional and has been passionate about developing his career in taxation and accounting.

WISDOM OLUWAYEMI

Wisdom is a graduate of the prominent Covenant University. She joined the firm as a youth Corp member and is currently an associate trainee in charge of data analysis. She is adept at using this knowledge to optimize clients’ satisfaction maximally.
Wisdom is currently working hard to qualify as a member of the professional examination of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).

PAUL IMAGWE

Paul is the Marketing/Clients Facilitator of the firm. He is a second-class upper Polymer Science and Technology graduate from the Federal Polytechnic, Auchi, Edo State, where he was acknowledged as the best student in that set. Since graduating, he has worked in various companies and multinationals with over 20 years of experience in supervisory and managerial responsibilities.
Paul is a dynamic and results-driven Marketing/Client facilitator with a strong background in coordinating marketing activities and managing clientele. He has a proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns while optimizing processes to ensure efficient client acquisition.

EWAOLUWA MONISOLA ADELEKE
Ewaoluwa is the Front Desk/Admin Officer of the firm. She is results- oriented and highly organized, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and administrative support. She possesses strong interpersonal and
communication skills and is adept at handling diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment. She is known for maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere for visitors, clients, and staff and is proficient in managing multiple priorities and resolving issues efficiently.
